Where I've worked
Eighteen years means I've sat inside a lot of different rooms.
Every sector has its own internal weather. Banking moves like banking. Healthcare moves nothing like banking. Knowing which is which is half the job.
Across banking, healthcare, government, agriculture and the rest, I've learnt that the same architecture diagram means very different things in different industries. So I try to listen first — to how data actually flows in your world, where the political landmines are, and where technology genuinely creates value versus just adding noise.

What this breadth lets me do
Good technology isn't built by people who only understand technology.
It's built by people who've watched fifteen different industries try to digitise themselves — and who've noticed that the patterns rhyme even when the vocabulary changes.
Let's talk
If you've got a problem that nobody seems to own — that's usually where I come in.
Architecture work, on-prem AI, Fractional CTO, or a transformation programme that needs someone to actually finish it. Send me a note — I read every email.
