My career has had one consistent theme: closing the gap between what the business actually needs and what the engineering team thinks it's building — not as a vendor, but as a hands-on partner who's still happy to write the code.
From enterprise banking architecture at a UK consultancy, to national digital transformation programmes across East Africa, I've kept working at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery — and I've stayed close to the actual implementation.
